About the Role
Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing Forex company in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Forex or financial services to play a key role in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share
Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, IBs, affiliates, and introducers
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings
Prepare regular reports on performance, KPIs, and pipeline development
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development in Forex, CFD, or financial services
Strong knowledge of Forex markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations
Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or partners is a strong advantage
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Analytical, strategic, and target-driven mindset
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Eligible to work in Cyprus
