Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be driving B2B revenue growth and managing the end-to-end sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
Selling digital marketing services, including social media management, paid ads, SEO, content, and creative solutions.
Managing the full sales cycle from discovery and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Converting inbound leads while also executing outbound sales strategies.
Building, managing, and optimizing CRM pipelines and structured sales processes.
Collaborating closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful client onboarding.
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Forecasting revenue and reporting on KPIs and sales performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within digital marketing, creative agencies, or related services.
Proven ability to close monthly retainer-based contracts.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and service offerings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar.
Goal-oriented, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Fluency in English for professional communication (Greek is a plus).
Comfortable working full-time onsite during standard office hours in Limassol.
