We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive B2B sales for cybersecurity services, including assessments, monitoring, compliance, and managed security solutions. This role is based onsite at the company’s offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be driving B2B revenue growth and managing the full sales lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Selling cybersecurity services, including security assessments, monitoring, compliance, and managed security solutions.
Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Engaging directly with CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, and IT managers to understand business and security needs.
Building, managing, and maintaining a structured and accurate CRM pipeline.
Collaborating closely with technical security teams to scope, design, and position appropriate solutions.
Developing pricing strategies, proposals, and sales playbooks.
Identifying upsell opportunities and long-term, recurring security contracts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT services or cybersecurity.
Proven experience selling high-ticket or long-term service contracts.
Strong consultative, solution-oriented selling skills.
Ability to clearly explain technical cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
Professional, credible, and trust-focused communication style.
Fluency in English for professional communication (Greek is a plus).
Comfortable working full-time onsite during standard office hours in Limassol.
