Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage ongoing private client relationships.
- Developing and generating trading clients from new leads.
- Providing professional guidance and best level of service to existing and new clients.
- Provide excellent and proactive client service including solutions according to the customer needs and with any platform/financial trading related queries at all times.
- Explaining the payment process mechanism
- Updating clients with ongoing updates on the market.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication
- Assisting clients with deposits/withdrawals.
- Following all company's policies and procedures and ensuring that the relevant compliance obligations are in line with the relevant authority requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience required.
- Fluent English both in written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate
- Proficiency with different trading platforms and tools
- Ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues in a highly professional manner.
- Ambitious, passionate, dynamic and highly self-motivated with strong sales skills.
- Self-confident and hunger for success
