A well-established electronic money company is looking for an efficient and friendly receptionist to join their team in Limassol. If you enjoy working with people, keeping track of office supplies, and maintaining a neat and welcoming working area, you may be just the person needed for this position. In addition to front office duties, you will work closely with the HR/Recruitment department, supporting them in administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

What You’ll Do:
As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in how clients and visitors perceive the company image. You are their first contact point, so your attitude must align with their brand image and values.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Assist the HR department with the hiring, onboarding, and firing procedures.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with:
- With 6 months of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- Languages: English, Ukrainian (both are essential)
Remuneration Package:
- Office working hours: Mon – Fri 09.00-17.00.
- 21 annual leave days paid in full.
- 3 days paid sick leave.
