What You’ll Do:

As Middle Motion Designer, you will craft persuasive and high-quality video presentations of various products, services and brand identity materials.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging advertisements for acquisition campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and others.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier artists, agencies, and designers.
• Uphold high visual standards with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring alignment with client objectives, audience needs, storytelling, and overall context.
• Collaborate closely with the Media Buying team to refine and optimize creative assets for improved performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to branding guidelines and offer constructive feedback to the Head of Department and other key stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing as needed, including onboarding new team members or agencies in alignment with business needs.
• Deliver art direction, brand management, and hands-on design and animation for projects beyond acquisition campaigns.
• Work in conjunction with the creative operations team to ensure that all assets meet technical and aesthetic standards while supporting business goals.
• Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies, such as AI-driven production tools for video and voice, to enhance and expedite the production process.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Graphics or a related field.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in a similar industry.
• Proven experience working within performance/acquisition-focused teams.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics for video content, including CTR, CPAs, and others.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus.
• Character animation skills are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in translating concepts into engaging motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
