Social Media Assistant
A fast-growing digital services company is looking for a highly creative Social Media Assistant. If you have a knack for identifying innovative content ideas for brands, you may be a good fit for the role.
This position requires flexible thinking, adapting content strategies for various media platforms. You must be able to come up with adequate strategies for written and video content, as well as for images and interactive content.

What You’ll Do:
As Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for creating ideas for all content for the company’s social media accounts, as well as engaging with the followers.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing and maintaining our company's and our clients' social media accounts, ensuring a strong presence across pivotal platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Contribute to the development of engaging and creative content for all the social media platforms, including text, image, video, and interactive content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and personable manner on different channels to build relationships and foster engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with the business’ goals.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar that aligns with our marketing campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must fulfil the following conditions:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, PR or any other relevant field
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, any other language (especially Greek) is welcome
Remuneration Package:
- Monthly fixed salary.
- Bonus mid and end of the year subject to performance.
- Work schedule Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm, including a 30-minute break.
- Up to 25 days of annual leave.
- 5 days of sick leave.
