A key player in digital services is looking for an experienced and talented UI/UX Specialist for their Paphos or Nicosia office. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in UI/UX design and be proficient in using various design software suites, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.

You must be passionate about creating user-centred designs and have excellent time management and prioritising skills. Attention to detail, patience and team player skills are also a must-have.

What You’ll Do:

As UI/UX Specialist, you will be at the forefront of conducting user research and usability tests and implementing the findings in wireframes, prototypes and designs.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and other team members to define and implement innovative user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make adjustments on designs.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with a high level of quality.

• Follow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high quality, professional product to the company’s agreed standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must fulfil the following conditions:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or any other relevant field

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Familiarity with user research methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

• Prioritising tasks - project time management skills - meet deadlines 100%.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Creativity, imagination, patience and attention to detail.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language (especially Greek) will be considered as an advantage.

Remuneration Package:

• Monthly fixed salary.

• Bonus mid and end of the year subject to performance.

• Work schedule Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm, including a 30-minute break.

• Up to 25 days of annual leave.
