A leading digital services company is looking for an experienced and creative Graphic & Web Designer for their Paphos or Nicosia office. The successful candidate has a profound understanding of the latest web design principles and is experienced in using photo and animations editing software.

You must be able to create unique visual concepts, but strictly adhere to the brief requirements and conduct market research. A big part of the job is identifying new trends and technologies that will help the company enhance its online presence and increase the visibility of their brand image. You also have to be a team player, collaborating closely with developers, other designers, and marketing specialists.

What You’ll Do:

As a Graphic & Web Designer, you will be responsible with creating all static and animated imagery, as well as website pages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating website designs, page layouts, and digital graphics.
• Producing animations and manipulating digital photographs.
• Designing native banners and pop-ups for various websites and applications.
• Designing buttons and other controls for websites.
• Developing engaging and responsive landing pages.
• Creating design elements for use in social media and marketing campaigns.
• Editing videos and audio for various ads used to promote clients’ websites.
• Testing to optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conducting market research and exploring new interactive technologies to improve online presence.
• Following strict quality-checking procedures to deliver high-quality, professional products to agreed standards.
• Working collaboratively with web specialists, including developers and graphic designers, as well as marketers on various projects.

List of Requirements:

• BA in Design or any other relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in the graphic and web design industry.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
• Ability to follow the latest design and web trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Adaptability and eagerness to expand knowledge and skills.
• Strong project time management and task prioritization skills to meet deadlines 100%.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Creativity, imagination, patience, and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Work portfolio (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be considered).

• Monthly fixed salary.
