We seek an experienced and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager for an IT and business/finance training company in Cyprus. The company seeks to strengthen their brand image and become largely recognized as a premier provider of employee training courses through a properly orchestrated strategy including social media presence, organizing webinars and publishing relevant content on the company website.

Our client provides top-level training courses from globally recognized providers such as Microsoft, Cisco, Android ATC and Fortinet. Their innovative training programs help employees excel in their careers by adding new abilities and refreshing the core hard skills needed in their work. The company is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
What You’ll Do:
As a Social Media and Marketing Manager, your main tasks involve creating and implementing the social media marketing strategy for the company. You will also be in charge of maintaining and updating the company’s website and preparing newsletters.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social media marketing strategies.
- Create and schedule engaging content for all platforms.
- Organize webinars and promote training programs.
- Update and maintain the company’s website on the WordPress platform
- Draft and distribute newsletters and promotional materials.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the team to create effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you must fulfil the following conditions:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English and Greek (other languages are considered an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with collaboration tools, such as Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with basic CRM tools and data analysis tools
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite or other design software is a plus
- Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
