What You’ll Do

This role requires a deep understanding of media buying strategies, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to manage and grow a team of buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimise high-budget media buying strategies across Facebook and Google.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of media buyers to achieve performance goals.

• Analyse campaign data, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-converting ad content.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and regulatory changes in Gambling, FX, and Crypto marketing.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in media buying (Facebook & Google).

• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Proven experience in managing large ad budgets and scaling campaigns.

• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Base + performance-based bonuses (negotiable).
