We are seeking a skilled Qualified Accountant to join our growing Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance, and accounting operations, with the ability to work in a dynamic international environment.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international company specializing in tax and accounting services for corporate clients, with operations across Southeast Europe, the Middle East, and the Baltics. The company’s Cyprus office is expanding, and they are seeking talented professionals to join their diverse, multicultural team. Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Assistance with audits and preparation of audit files
• Preparation of management accounts and financial reports
• Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Liaising with clients and external stakeholders professionally
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations
• In some cases, assisting with bookkeeping or VAT-related tasks if needed
• Conducting internal audit assignments across various sectors
• Evaluating internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance
• Preparing internal audit reports with practical recommendations

Requirements

• Qualified or semi-qualified auditor (ACCA, ACA, CPA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting will be considered as advantage
• Fluent in English and Greek
• Years of experience in a related field: 2 to 4 years
• Knowledge on CASEWARE
• Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
