About the Company
We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing IT outsourcing company that helps small and medium-sized businesses stay secure and efficient through expert tech support. As the company expands, they’re looking for motivated junior team members to grow into skilled IT professionals. You’ll be based at their modern office in Limassol.
What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level IT Support Officer, you’ll receive full onboarding and continuous training. You’ll support users remotely and occasionally on-site, helping them with day-to-day tech issues and setups while gaining practical experience with real clients.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
• Assist in troubleshooting IT problems under the guidance of senior staff
• Set up and install computers, printers, and software
• Support users with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and email configuration
• Help monitor systems, ensure updates are applied, and check backups
• Maintain clear documentation of issues and solutions
• Join training workshops and learn from real IT support cases
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:
• A degree, diploma, or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or is currently finishing one)
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and procedures
• Strong communication and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
• Bonus: Any tech internships, school projects, or personal experience are highly valued
