About the Company
Our client is a well-established immigration services firm, dedicated to helping individuals and businesses successfully navigate complex immigration processes with accuracy, efficiency, and care. As their client base grows, they are expanding the team with a reliable Administrative Secretary to support daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow across the office.
About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key member of the immigration team, ensuring efficient, compliant, and client-focused administrative operations. Your role will involve processing documentation, coordinating with the team manager and clients, and keeping daily workflows organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize immigration-related documentation (e.g., visa applications, work permits, renewals)
- Liaise with clients and third-party vendors when required
- Schedule appointments, track deadlines, and maintain follow-up logs
- Maintain secure and accurate client records and case files
- Provide timely updates to team members on case progress
- Support the Immigration Services Manager with administrative projects and process improvements
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within immigration, legal, or HR fields
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Fluency in Greek and good written and spoken English (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Familiarity with Cyprus immigration processes/regulations (advantageous)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality

- Working hours: 08:00–16:30 (30-minute break) or 08:00–17:00 (1-hour break)
