About the Company:
Our client is an established digital services company that focused on delivering the best results in terms of evolving and improving products, in line with the latest advancements in internet technology and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the invoicing and collection processes
- Managing incoming and outgoing payments, including international transfers, and their filing
- Handling correspondence with external partners (banks, partners)
- Preparing monthly liquidity and payment reports and reconciliations
- Assisting with VAT and tax reporting and staying up to date on regulations across the EU, US, and other key regions
- Supporting KYC and onboarding processes for banks and EMIs
- Collaborating with auditors and external advisors to ensure smooth financial operations
- Performing market research for potential banking partnerships
- Identifying and investigating discrepancies, providing insights to management
- Helping with various ad hoc financial tasks
- Reporting directly to the Group’s Financial Controller
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a finance-related role (experience in online/digital companies is a plus)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- A great team player, but also confident working independently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn and grow within fast-paced, dynamic environment
