We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support the testing and quality assurance of our digital platforms and internal systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and eliminate software defects

• Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and create effective test cases

• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure application quality, functionality, and performance

• Document test results and produce clear, detailed bug reports

• Track reported issues and verify fixes to ensure timely resolution

• Participate in code reviews to identify potential risks and suggest improvements

• Stay up to date with testing tools, methodologies, and best practices

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall QA effectiveness

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role

• Strong experience with manual and automated testing, including black-box, white-box, and exploratory testing

• Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, and TestRail

• Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail with excellent documentation abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Proficiency in English

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with project management tools

• Experience with collaboration tools
