We are seeking a commercially driven Business Developer to join a growing creative tech company and support the expansion of its B2B presence across IT services and outsourcing solutions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, strategic, and confident in engaging with both business and technical stakeholders to unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SMB market for IT services, outsourcing, and managed solutions
• Build and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads and expand the client portfolio
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted IT partner
• Drive revenue growth by converting prospects into long-term clients and identifying opportunities for account expansion
• Engage with clients to understand their technical and business needs, and align them with appropriate IT solutions
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to shape tailored service offerings and ensure accurate solution positioning
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring consistent follow-ups
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies, including service packaging, pricing approaches, and value propositions
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new growth areas
• Support the development of strategic partnerships and referral networks to enhance business reach
• Analyze sales performance and pipeline data to optimize business development strategies
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT services, software, or outsourcing.
Proven ability to close recurring service contracts and build long-term client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience selling to SMEs and business owners.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Fluency in English for professional communication (Greek is a plus).
Comfortable working full-time onsite during standard office hours in Limassol.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with custom software development or IT outsourcing services.
Exposure to European SME or startup markets.
Ability to translate technical services into clear business value for clients.
