About the Company
Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing Forex company in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Forex or financial services to play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making within a Forex brokerage environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance
Prepare and analyze financial statements, management accounts, and monthly/quarterly reports
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and liquidity management
Monitor client funds, segregated accounts, and daily reconciliations in line with regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with CySEC and other applicable financial regulations and reporting standards
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, payment service providers, and regulators
Oversee accounting processes including AP/AR, payroll, and tax filings
Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Support business expansion by assessing financial feasibility of new products, markets, and partnerships
Collaborate closely with Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Executive teams
Requirements
2+ years of proven experience in a Finance Manager role within Forex, CFD, or financial services
Strong knowledge of Forex brokerage operations, client money handling, and regulatory frameworks
Solid understanding of IFRS, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting
Experience working with banks, PSPs, and auditors
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; experience with trading platforms is a plus
Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are an advantage
Eligible to work in Cyprus
