About the Company

Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing Forex company in Limassol, Cyprus is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Forex or financial services to play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making within a Forex brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management accounts, and monthly/quarterly reports

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and liquidity management

• Monitor client funds, segregated accounts, and daily reconciliations in line with regulatory requirements

• Ensure compliance with CySEC and other applicable financial regulations and reporting standards

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, payment service providers, and regulators

• Oversee accounting processes including AP/AR, payroll, and tax filings

• Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

• Support business expansion by assessing financial feasibility of new products, markets, and partnerships

• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Operations, Risk, and Executive teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in a Finance Manager role within Forex, CFD, or financial services

• Strong knowledge of Forex brokerage operations, client money handling, and regulatory frameworks

• Solid understanding of IFRS, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting

• Experience working with banks, PSPs, and auditors

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; experience with trading platforms is a plus

• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are an advantage

• Eligible to work in Cyprus
