Our client is seeking a Compliance Officer (Part-Time / Outsourced) to support their CASP license application and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s adherence to regulatory obligations and supporting its licensing process:

• Support and oversee the CASP license application process

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with CySEC requirements

• Ensure compliance with MiCA, the Investment Services Law, and relevant regulatory frameworks

• Act as the main point of contact with CySEC and other regulatory authorities

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation

• Monitor internal processes and controls to ensure ongoing compliance

• Provide guidance to management on regulatory matters and risk mitigation

• Conduct compliance reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented where necessary

• Stay up to date with regulatory developments and advise on their impact on the business

Requirements

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Certified Person listed in CySEC’s Public Register (mandatory)

• Proven experience in a Compliance Officer role within financial services

• Strong knowledge of MiCA, CySEC regulations, and the Investment Services Law

• Previous experience with CASP or CIF licensing will be considered a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• High level of integrity and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a part-time or outsourced capacity

• Cyprus residency is required
