What You’ll Do:

As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns with a strong focus on performance and efficiency. Your primary objective will be to reach the right audiences, deliver measurable results, and continuously improve campaigns through data-driven decisions.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns with a performance-driven approach

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates

• Identify and refine target audiences and targeting strategies

• Test and iterate creatives, messaging, and campaign structures

• Monitor and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns

• Quickly identify underperforming areas and implement improvements

• Explore and test new platforms, formats, and approaches

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance creatives and overall campaign performance

• Maintain a structured testing process and continuously scale successful strategies

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital media buying with hands-on campaign management

• Experience with major advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads)

• Ability to independently analyze data and make performance-driven decisions

• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization

• Strong interest in digital marketing trends and evolving advertising strategies

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in highly competitive or policy-sensitive environments

• Understanding of working under frequent platform changes and restrictions

• Basic experience or strong interest in AI tools and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, generative tools, n8n, Zapier)

• Interest in automation-first workflows and emerging approaches such as “vibe coding”

• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving, performance-driven environments
