Our client is a fast-growing managed IT services provider. Their target clients are small and medium-sized businesses with various needs for IT support, data protection and preventive maintenance. The company’s client base is growing, so they need to expand their team to cater to every client's needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be driving B2B revenue growth and managing the end-to-end sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving B2B sales for IT services and outsourcing solutions.
Owning the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Building, managing, and maintaining a strong and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Developing pricing models, commercial offers, and structured sales processes.
Working closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and successful handovers.
Identifying upselling opportunities and long-term, recurring service contracts.
Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for leadership.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT services, software, or outsourcing.
Proven ability to close recurring service contracts and build long-term client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience selling to SMEs and business owners.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Fluency in English for professional communication (Greek is a plus).
Comfortable working full-time onsite during standard office hours in Limassol.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with custom software development or IT outsourcing services.
Exposure to European SME or startup markets.
Ability to translate technical services into clear business value for clients.
