A leading digital services company is looking for an experienced and creative Graphic & Web Designer for their Paphos or Nicosia office. The successful candidate has a profound understanding of the latest web design principles and is experienced in using photo and animations editing software.

You must be able to create unique visual concepts, but strictly adhere to the brief requirements and conduct market research. A big part of the job is identifying new trends and technologies that will help the company enhance its online presence and increase the visibility of their brand image. You also have to be a team player, collaborating closely with developers, other designers, and marketing specialists.

What You’ll Do:

As a Graphic & Web Designer, you will be responsible with creating all static and animated imagery, as well as website pages.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Creating websites’ designs, page layout, and digital graphics

• Produce animations and manipulate digital photographs

• Create Native banners and pop-ups for various websites and applications

• Design buttons and other controls for the site

• Develop engaging and responsive landing pages

• Create design elements for use in social media and marketing campaigns

• Video and audio editing for various Ads used for promoting our clients’ websites

• Test to optimise sites for maximum speed and scalability

• Conduct market research and consistently seek out new interactive technologies designed to improve our online presence

• Follow strict quality checking procedures to deliver a high quality, professional product to the company’s agreed standards

• Work with other web specialists, including web developers and graphic designers, as well as marketers in various projects

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must meet the following conditions:

• Bachelor's degree in design or another relevant field

• 2-3 years of experience in the graphic and web design industry

• Able to use tools like Adobe Creative Suite CC (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma

• Follow the latest design and web trends, techniques and technologies

• Adaptable and willing to expand your knowledge and skills

• Prioritising tasks - project time management skills - meet deadlines 100%

• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks

• Creativity, imagination, patience and attention to detail

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) - any other language (especially Greek) will be considered as an advantage.

Remuneration Package:

• Monthly fixed salary.

• Bonus mid and end of the year subject to performance.

• Work schedule Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm, including a 30-minute break.

• Up to 25 days of annual leave.
