A fast-growing digital services company is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Media Sales Executive. You could be a perfect fit if you are experienced in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, identifying and tracking relevant KPIs for them, and managing paid ad budgets.
You must also be proficient at monitoring website analytical data and creating web campaigns to drive more qualified traffic. Also, you must be passionate about identifying the latest digital marketing trends and being an early adopter.

What You’ll Do:
As a Junior Media Sales Executive, you will handle most of the tasks related to digital marketing campaigns, web-related campaigns and analytical data analysis.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Creating Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Devise and edit content for various digital platforms
- Help drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Assessing the results of a marketing campaign & optimising for better performance
- Assisting the COO in writing reports and analysing data
- Budget management, including preparing costs and producing spending updates throughout a campaign
- Define KPIs, measurement, analytics and reporting methods to measure success
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the company is at the forefront of industry developments
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must fulfil the following conditions:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, PR or any other relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in the above-mentioned fields
- Able to solve problems and to think strategically and creatively
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with passion for excellence
- Great team player, with strong self-driven skill
- Excellent Computer skills (Word/Excel)
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
Remuneration Package:
- Monthly fixed salary.
- Bonus mid and end of the year subject to performance.
- Work schedule Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm, including a 30-minute break.
- Up to 25 days of annual leave.
- 5 days of sick leave.
