About the Company
Our client is a regulated forex company, operating an online platform open to professional traders and beginners. The platform offers a wide range of investment instruments, and must comply with strict regulations in terms of marketing and advertising.
They are currently looking for a skilled Indian speaking retention agent who can help them keep their customers loyal for a long time.
Responsibilities:
As a Retention Agent, your main job duty is communicating with clients who are
ready to leave. Your responsibility is to address their complaints and find the best
resolution according to the company’s policies.
These are the main duties that you will perform:
- Engage with customers at risk of leaving to understand and address their
concerns.
- Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and improve retention
strategies.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.
- Build strong customer relationships and monitor satisfaction levels.
- Prepare reports on retention metrics and suggest improvements.
- Identify upsell opportunities and assist in developing retention programs.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure resolution.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a Retention Agent or similar role.
- Fluent in Hindi, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Highschool diploma; the bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous.
