What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Assistant in the Marketing Department, you will play a key role in supporting sales and marketing activities, helping attract new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones, and ensuring the success of marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing and Software Development team to understand and promote our services effectively to clients.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential and existing clients, clearly explaining the benefits of our digital marketing, web and software development services.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process and recommend services that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the software development team to gain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on new features.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement promotional and sales campaigns.
- Help prepare commercial offers, product presentations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update customer databases and generate sales reports.
- Reach out to potential clients via email, social media, and cold calls.
- Support the organisation of events, webinars, and product launches.
- Collect and analyse client feedback to improve services.
Perform administrative tasks related to sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, confident, and proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Interest in digital marketing and web development (strong advantage).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and email tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- High school diploma or higher education (a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus).
