What You'll do

As a Portuguese-Speaking Conversions Agent, you’ll be at the front line of the sales process—transforming leads into active trading clients and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming leads and guide them through the deposit process.
• Use proven scripts and sales techniques to maximize conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Forex regulations during all client interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and retention teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Monitor and report on conversion performance and client feedback.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Forex sales, conversion, or a related customer-facing role.
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
