A fast-growing digital services company is seeking a results-driven and analytical Affiliate Manager to join its performance marketing team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate and performance marketing principles and proven experience in building, managing, and scaling high-impact affiliate partnerships.

What You’ll Do
Own and grow our affiliate program by recruiting, activating, and managing top-performing affiliates, influencers, and publishers.
Optimise campaign performance through continuous testing, data analysis, and ROI-focused decision-making.
Build strong partner relationships, acting as the main point of contact for communication, deal negotiations, and ongoing support.
Identify trends and new opportunities by staying up to date with affiliate marketing innovations, tools, and competitive insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, media buying, and content teams to ensure the affiliate channel aligns with broader marketing goals.
Track, analyse, and report on partner and campaign performance, taking proactive steps to scale successful initiatives and improve underperforming ones.
Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences, expanding both your professional network and the company’s reputation.
Requirements and Skills
Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing is strongly preferred.
Experience or academic background in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Sciences, or HR will be valued for transferable skills and perspectives.
Solid understanding of performance metrics such as EPC, LTV, CR, and CTR, and the ability to use them to optimise campaigns, will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong analytical mindset, with confidence in using spreadsheets, dashboards, and interpreting performance data.
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
A collaborative team player who thrives working cross-functionally and values a positive, supportive work environment.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
Highly detail-oriented and organised, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Remuneration Package
