What You’ll Do
As a Swedish-Speaking Conversions Agent, you’ll be responsible for converting leads into active trading clients, guiding them through their first steps, and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients over the phone.
- Generate and nurture trading clients from new and existing leads.
- Promote and sell the company’s products and services effectively.
- Provide professional guidance and deliver the highest level of service to both new and existing clients.
- Offer proactive client support, addressing platform and financial trading-related queries promptly.
- Keep clients updated on market developments and company promotions.
- Assist new clients in starting their trading journey.
- Support clients with deposits and withdrawals.
- Inform clients of any new products, offers, and promotions.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a financial or trading environment.
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a strong ability to close deals.
- Ambitious, passionate, dynamic, and highly self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Self-confident and driven by success.
