What You’ll Do

We are seeking a driven and proactive Retention Agent to engage with clients in the Portuguese-speaking Forex market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a solid understanding of client retention techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing clients to encourage continued trading activity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their trading experience.
• Monitor client activity and follow up with inactive accounts.
• Provide market updates, promotions, and relevant information to clients.
• Ensure all client interactions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

• Previous experience in client retention, sales, or customer service, ideally within Forex or finance.
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Proactive, persuasive, and confident in handling objections.
