Our client is a fast-growing managed IT services provider. Their target clients are small and medium-sized businesses with various needs for IT support, data protection, and preventive maintenance. As the company’s client base continues to grow, they are expanding their team to cater to every client's needs.
What You’ll Do
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support client relationships within our Managed Services Provider (MSP) organization. This role ensures clients receive exceptional service while maintaining accurate records of their services, account status, and invoices.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Track client services, contracts, and account health in our CRM/PSA system.
- Review and verify monthly invoices for accuracy; coordinate with finance on billing issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs to ensure client satisfaction and identify needs.
- Work with technical teams to address client priorities and improve service delivery.
- Identify renewal needs, upsell opportunities, and ensure timely contract management.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in MSP or IT services account management (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Understanding of managed services, cloud technologies, and IT solutions.
- Familiarity with PSA/CRM tools such as ZOHO CRM, ODOO, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
