About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the company’s client base. Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and prospective partners, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and maximize market impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by sourcing leads and driving participation, including attendees, partners, and sponsors across events
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their goals and offering customized solutions that support revenue growth and retention
• Proactively schedule and lead meetings with prospective and existing clients to expand partnerships and close new deals
• Use data insights to evaluate performance, uncover growth opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of market developments
• Explore and propose fresh ideas and innovative formats to enhance the overall event offering
• Contribute to the coordination and smooth delivery of events from a commercial perspective
• Support the development of event concepts by collaborating on themes, formats, and experiences
• Assist in shaping event-related content to ensure relevance and value for target audiences
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and technical departments, to ensure consistent and high-quality execution
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless event operations
• Represent the organization at international events and industry gatherings to expand network and identify new business opportunities
Requirements and Skills:
3+ years experience in SaaS or software sales
Proven track record selling subscriptions or platforms
Strong demo, presentation, and objection-handling skills
CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
Understanding of SMB sales cycles
Data-driven, organized, and performance-oriented
