About the role:
You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities across the company’s creative and digital service offerings. Focusing on expanding the client base and strengthening market presence, you will proactively generate leads, build strategic partnerships, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Working closely with internal teams, you will position tailored solutions that align with client objectives, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and support the development of compelling commercial offerings. You will manage and nurture a strong pipeline of opportunities, leveraging market insights, client feedback, and performance data to refine your approach and maximize revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across branding, web design, UI/UX, and digital production services
• Build and execute strategic outreach plans to generate high-quality leads and expand the company’s client base
• Establish and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted partner for their digital and creative needs
• Drive revenue growth by converting prospects into clients and expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Lead client conversations to uncover business challenges and position tailored solutions that align with their objectives
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progress from initial contact through to deal closure
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on market positioning, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies
• Contribute to the development of partnership strategies, including alliances and referral networks
• Analyze market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth and differentiation
• Support the creation of compelling value propositions and commercial offerings that resonate with target audiences
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance visibility and generate new leads
• Continuously evaluate and refine business development strategies to maximize revenue potential and long-term success
Requirements and Skills:
3+ years experience in agency or creative services sales
Strong understanding of branding, web, or digital products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience selling projects and retainers
CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Creative mindset with commercial discipline
