We are seeking a results-oriented Business Developer to expand the company’s B2B presence across cybersecurity services, including assessments, monitoring, compliance, and managed security solutions. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across cybersecurity services, including assessments, monitoring, compliance, and managed solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor
• Manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline and track opportunities to maximize conversions
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
• Represent the company at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within IT services or cybersecurity.
Proven experience selling high-ticket or long-term service contracts.
Strong consultative, solution-oriented selling skills.
Ability to clearly explain technical cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
Professional, credible, and trust-focused communication style.
Fluency in English for professional communication (Greek is a plus).
Comfortable working full-time onsite during standard office hours in Limassol.
