Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager opportunity in Paphos or Nicosia with a fast-growing digital services company driving leads, sponsors, and conference growth.
A fast-growing digital services company is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Development Manager who will act as a key point of contact, liaising directly with the Head of i-Con Operations, to drive leads, secure attendees, and attract exhibitors and sponsors for the conference.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and results-driven professional with strong networking and sales abilities, capable of identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the continued growth and success of the company’s events.

Responsibilities
• Drive leads, secure attendees, and attract exhibitors and sponsors for conferences and events
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that contribute to revenue growth and brand loyalty
• Arrange and attend external meetings to drive sales and develop partnerships
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and suggest new strategies for business growth
• Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis
• Research innovative concepts and trends within the conference and events industry
• Support the planning and execution of events operations
• Participate in the creative process for event development and execution
• Contribute to the content creation process for events and related materials
• Collaborate closely with the Design and Development teams to ensure high-quality delivery of all related tasks
• Work with all internal departments to ensure the smooth operation of events
• Attend international conferences for business development purposes when required
Requirements and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in sales, events, marketing, or business development
• Excellent command of Russian and English (both verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent presentation and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage last-minute changes or urgent situations
Remuneration Package
• Competitive monthly fixed salary
• Performance-based bonus scheme
• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (flexible hours) including a 30-minute break
