We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic recruitment company recognized for delivering personalized, high-quality recruitment services to a wide range of clients. The successful candidate will be based at the company’s offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR and recruitment team with daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and an excellent experience for candidates and employees alike:
Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate communication with candidates in English and Russian/Ukrainian (Greek will be considered an advantage)
Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records
Assist with onboarding new hires and preparing employment documentation
Support HR processes such as leave management, internal communications, and general administrative tasks
Assist with office administration tasks, including coordinating with cleaning and maintenance services
Participating in ad hoc HR and recruitment projects as needed
Stay up to date with the new HR regulations
Initiative to expand company’s development (bringing suggestions to improve or expand the network and recruitment resources is a plus!)
Requirements
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
At least 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment
Fluency in English and Russian/Ukrainian (Greek will be considered an advantage)
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Availability to travel occasionally
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the HR field
