We are hiring on behalf of a rapidly expanding IT support provider that specializes in outsourced solutions. With a growing portfolio of new clients, the company is scaling its team to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery. The role is based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus, where you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
About the Role
The Junior Account Manager plays a key role in supporting the company’s day-to-day financial and administrative operations while ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal teams. This position involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with payments and documentation, and supporting essential accounting processes in collaboration with the finance department.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize company financial records and expense documents across both physical and digital systems, ensuring all receipts, invoices, and related files are properly stored, regularly updated, and easily accessible when needed.
Assist with processing company payments and support basic administrative and financial tasks with proper documentation, working closely with the accounting department to ensure all transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Communicate professionally with clients, handle their requests, and ensure prompt responses, providing efficient support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounting, Sales, and IT to support smooth business operations, acting as a link between teams to ensure clear communication and effective workflow across the company.
Assist with stock control and prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, and customer statements accurately and on time, supporting sales and administrative processes by ensuring all documentation is correctly issued and properly managed.
Assist the Manager and ensure that all assigned tasks are completed within the agreed deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
6 months of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple carrier relationships, and prioritize effectively.
