About the Company
We’re recruiting on behalf of a dynamic Forex company looking for a motivated professional to build strong relationships with clients, enhance their trading experience, and boost loyalty across our growing Arabic-speaking markets! What You’ll Do
Proactively contact existing clients to encourage continued trading activity.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their trading experience.
Monitor client activity and follow up with inactive accounts.
Provide market updates, promotions, and relevant information to clients.
Ensure all client interactions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
Previous experience in client retention, sales, or customer service, ideally within Forex or finance.
Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Proactive, persuasive, and confident in handling objections.
