A fast-growing digital services company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounting Officer to join its finance team and support the smooth operation of financial processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the invoicing and collection processes while ensuring timely and accurate execution.

• Handling incoming and outgoing payments, including international transfers, and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

• Communicating with external partners, including banks and business partners, to support daily financial operations.

• Preparing monthly liquidity reports, payment reports, and account reconciliations.

• Assisting with VAT and tax reporting while keeping up to date with regulatory requirements across the EU, US, and other key jurisdictions.

• Supporting KYC procedures and onboarding processes for banks and Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs).

• Collaborating with auditors and external advisors to ensure efficient and compliant financial operations.

• Conducting market research to identify and evaluate potential banking partnerships.

• Investigating financial discrepancies, analyzing findings, and providing valuable insights to management.

• Monitoring daily foreign exchange (FX) rates and recommending appropriate currency conversion strategies.

• Assisting with various ad hoc financial and accounting tasks as required.

• Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and supporting the wider finance function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role (experience within online or digital businesses will be considered an advantage).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
