Key Responsibilities

• Create motion content for social media (Instagram, Facebook), advertising campaigns, landing pages, and brand communications

• Combine photos, video footage, graphic elements, and typography into cohesive, emotionally engaging stories

• Design modern, responsive web pages, landing pages, and digital interfaces aligned with brand identity and business goals

• Produce UI mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD

• Develop visual assets including banners, infographics, email templates, and social media graphics

• Collaborate with team leads, designers, copywriters, marketers, and developers to bring concepts to life

• Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling

• Maintain consistent visual style and adapt both motion and static designs to each brand’s tone of voice

• Ensure designs are user-focused, accessible, and optimized across devices and platforms

• Integrate AI tools into motion and design workflows to improve efficiency and creativity

• Build and maintain templates, design systems, and reusable motion elements to streamline production

• Conduct basic UX research and apply usability best practices when designing interfaces

• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design assets

• Meet deadlines and maintain high quality across all deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, or digital creative production

• Clear communication skills in English

• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma

• Nice to have: experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender

• Experience designing for social media, ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn), and web platforms

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user-centered design practices

• Ability to create both motion content and static digital assets

• Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, retention) and how design impacts engagement

• Strong skills in vector graphics and layout design

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers

• Ability to manage tasks independently and handle multiple projects
