As our client continues to grow, they are looking for an Online Chatter to join their team in Bucharest. In this role, you will communicate with subscribers on behalf of OnlyFans models, responding to messages, maintaining engaging conversations, and helping build strong relationships with subscribers.

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing company operating in the adult content and creator economy industry. The company works closely with OnlyFans models, supporting their online presence and managing communication with their subscribers.

The team focuses on delivering personalized and engaging interactions while helping creators grow their subscriber base, strengthen audience engagement, and maximize the potential of their online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming messages from subscribers on behalf of OnlyFans models.

• Maintain natural, engaging, and personalized conversations with subscribers.

• Adapt your communication style to match the personality and tone of each model.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with subscribers through consistent communication.

• Engage with subscribers and encourage continued interaction with the creator's profile.

• Present and promote available content or offers where appropriate.

• Follow established communication guidelines and strategies.

• Respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling creator and subscriber information.

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve communication and performance targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, social media, online chat, or community management is an advantage

• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.

• Comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

• Strong conversational skills and the ability to keep a conversation engaging.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Ability to adapt your communication style to different personalities.

• Comfortable working in the adult content industry.

• Reliable, organized, and able to follow established guidelines.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work on-site in Bucharest, Romania.
