What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers, helping them find the right products, and ensuring the company operates smoothly.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Welcome and engage with customers, offering assistance to meet their needs.
- Recommend and showcase products that match customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing company environment.
- Assist with receiving and organizing new shipments.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- A friendly, confident, and engaging personality.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of IT products is a strong advantage.
- Basic administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
