What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Representative, your main duties are driving business growth, building client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation and proactive reach
- Build and nurture strong and lasting relationships with potential and existing clients
- Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about HRDA funding and the registration process
- Guide clients through funding application, ensuring a smooth and effective experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, funding applications, and business development activities in the CRM system
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to boost seminar attendance and improve client engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s visibility and strengthen its brand reputation
- Represent the company at networking events and seminars to promote services and foster professional relationships
- Provide administrative assistance to support business development and funding processes as needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you need to fulfil the following criteria:
- Degree or diploma in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in the education or training sector is a plus)
- Proficiency in both Greek and English
- Familiarity with HRDA funding, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
