What You’ll Do

As a Media Buyer, you will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns with a strong focus on performance and efficiency. Your goal will be to reach the right audiences, deliver measurable results, and continuously improve campaigns through data-driven decisions.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns

• Analyze performance and optimize based on key metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates

• Identify and refine target audiences and targeting strategies

• Test and iterate creatives, messaging, and campaign structures

• Monitor and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns

• Identify underperforming areas and implement improvements quickly

• Explore and test new platforms, formats, and strategies

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve creatives and overall performance

• Maintain a structured testing process and scale successful strategies

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital media buying with hands-on campaign management

• Experience with major advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make performance-driven decisions independently

• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization

• Strong interest in digital marketing trends and evolving strategies

Additional Advantages

• Experience in highly competitive or policy-sensitive environments

• Understanding of working under frequent platform changes and restrictions

• Basic experience or strong interest in AI tools and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, generative tools, n8n, Zapier)

• Interest in automation-first workflows and emerging approaches such as “vibe coding”

• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving, performance-driven environments

Remuneration Package:
