Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, keep business books and maintain databases that serve for business planning and analysis.
• Be in charge of income, expenses and calculation of the company's financial results.
• Take care of the following: calculations of salaries, travel orders, debts to suppliers and receivables from customers, calculations of tax expenses, sick leave, etc.
• If necessary, manage the cash register and prepare cash reports.
• Keep records of the company's fixed assets and documentation of warehouse operations.
• Cover our clients’ businesses – specifically, their financial needs and goals
• Has the appropriate level of knowledge and experience for independent management of business books, preparation and compilation of financial reports, internal audits and control reports, and external audits.
• Undertake tax planning exercises for clients.
• Prepare financial statements and produce budgets according to schedule.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Analyse financial information and summarize financial status.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant accounting/ finance qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Accounting department.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and Pivot tables.
• Previous experience in Pantheon is an advantage.
• Experience working with international/multinational companies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to confidentiality and detail.
• Proven experience in accounting processing.
• Fluency in Serbian and English.
